Genuine Upholstery Leather, made from actual cow hides, is susceptible to stretching. We use a softer foam on our furniture for a more comfortable feel and the leather is more likely to become wrinkly than something like a car seat where the foam is firmer and the leather doesn’t stretch as much. You can also expect some natural scars such as brand marks and small blemishes. If this is not acceptable, then you may want to consider using fabric instead.
